 Our minds are our strongest weapon. You have 2 options, you can use it to your benefit or you can doubt or think negative thoughts to allow it to be used against you. This isn't just in labor it's in all aspects of life. I believe that our minds communicate with our bodies. Don't allow your mind to trick your body into being defeated. The enemy is a LIAR, FEAR NOT! We all must roll with the punches,  putting our game face on and believing that things will be just fine. You have to trust in HIM bc HE is ALWAYS in control.
